Giovanni Rolle, PhD of Laws (KU Leuven) and Chartered Accountant in Milan and Turin, is founder and Senior Partner of WTS R&A Studio Tributario.

In his career he has specialized in international and EU tax law, taxation of family assets, taxation of extraordinary transactions (M&A) and evaluation of relations between related parties. Affiliate Professor at ESCP Business School, he is Academic Fellow at the Department of Law at Bocconi University, Vice President of the European Branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and member of the Advisory Board of the Tax Management International Forum and of the Scientific Committee of the journal "Fiscalità e Commercio internazionale”. He is author and co-author of publications in Italian and international journals, has collaborated as an expert in international taxation for the journal “Il Sole 24 Ore” and is frequent speaker at conferences, courses and seminars in various European countries.
