Elisa loves a challenge: in sport, in her studies, in her career, and in her personal life. She embraces these challenges and overcomes them with passion, determination and enthusiasm. She is an optimist by choice, because seeing the glass as ‘half full’, even in the most difficult situations, helps her find the winning solution. Elisa is empathetic, sociable and curious about people and the world. From her experiences of working, travelling and studying in Italy and abroad, she learned that in every place and every context – in families, companies, organisations and institutions – behind every problem there are always people with different needs, cultures, perspectives and interests. She has centred her approach to her profession on this belief: getting to know the people and their world first, in order to understand their problems and help them solve them.
