Our advisory activity, which also includes out-of-court assistance, mainly focuses on employment issues in relation with acquisitions and disposals of companies, corporate reorganizations and restructuring, and finally with individual and collective lay-offs, in which we have gained significant experience. We also advise companies in managing the hiring or termination of employment of executives and other employees, the proper classification of employees, developing adequate remuneration policies, negotiating individual and collective labour agreements, the transfer of staff and in drawing up the necessary contractual documentation. In court, we assist companies in dealing with appeals against personnel dismissal or transfers, litigation in relation to staff leasing, remuneration disputes and bullying cases. Our advice also covers civil litigation relating to accidents at work and occupational diseases.
