Founded in 1954 by Franco Baudino, our practice has grown and evolved over the years in order to meet the needs of clients requesting increasingly specialized and sophisticated legal services owing to globalization.
In the 90s, Franco Baudino e Associati opened branches in Milan and in Rome, so to assure a quick and efficient service in the crucial areas of northern and central Italy, as well as to represent clients before the Supreme Court in Rome.
Our law firm’s growth has not, however, prevented us from preserving the traditional features of the legal profession: freedom, independence and personal contact with clients.

Our law firm annually selects its trainees among the best graduates and offers its staff incentives for attending postgraduate courses abroad as well as for training in foreign law firms. Our professionals keep up-to-date in their specialist areas and many of them collaborate with universities, write books and articles for law journals and are often involved as lecturers in seminars and workshops for professionals and businesses. All of our cases and the work involved are shared among the partners and their assistants according to their main areas of specialization. All of our partners work closely together when dealing with interdisciplinary matters. The responsibility for each case is given to a partner, who asks for the support of one or more assistant lawyers depending on its complexity. The assistant lawyers are, in any case, always supervised by the responsible partner.
