Welcome, new Graduate!

Our law firm selects and trains its trainees very carefully, because it prefers to choose its lawyers and future partners among them.

The trainees are chosen on the basis of the courses they have taken, the quality and topic of their theses, and their final marks. The law school graduates who are admitted to carry out their apprenticeships with our law firm train for renewable six month periods, with an evaluation at the end of each one, and may continue up to the two year apprenticeship term. During this time, training is carried out under the supervision of one or more partners.

Their training entails carrying out in and out-of-court activities in our law firm’s several practice areas, and we tend to favour permanent work relationships with trainees who have learned and progressively developed their abilities and professional experience under the guidance of our partners. The possibility of having permanent work relationships with them is evaluated once they have been admitted to the bar.

Any graduates interested in doing their apprenticeships with our law firm may send their application letters and detailed C.V.s , listing the exams they have passed and the marks earned in each one, their thesis topics, the languages they speak, and any eventual work or study experiences to c.piola@baudino.it
