Many of our clients operate in sectors which are particularly
susceptible to intellectual property development and exploitation
(for example in advanced technologies and fashion). We advise these
clients with in-court and out-of-court problems connected to development,
acquisition, protection, and exploitation of intellectual property.
Our work includes drawing up and negotiating sale contracts as well
as patent, trademark, and know-how licence contracts, franchising,
merchandising, sponsorship, advertising, and technology transfer
contracts, and in protecting said rights before the court in normal
and defence proceedings.
We also follow the interests of both publishing companies and authors
in all out-of and in-court problems connected to copyright exploitation
and protection and we are able to advise clients in preparing contracts
relating to copyright exploitation and licensing. We have developed
a specific know-how in this area regarding contractual aspects of
the development, production, coproduction and distribution of audio-visual
programs.

in the field of syndicated patent rights and denomination of origin,
particularly within the wine business, as well as in patent development,
protection, and exploitation of new plant variety rights. For the
past ten years we have assisted multinational companies working in
this field and prepared complex production and marketing procedures
