Employment law.

Out of court we advise clients on all aspects of employment law related to company sales and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganizations as well as advising on individual firings and redundancy procedures.

We advise both Italian and foreign companies in the contractual phase of recruiting and terminating employment with executives and non-executive employees, in organizing staff within large international groups, in structuring incentive and stock option plans, in finding applicable salary policies, in negotiating individual and collective agreements, in drawing up consultancy, collaboration, free lance agreements and for individual as well as collective transfers.

We also represent clients relating to all kinds of controversies and lawsuits, for example: those arising from claims of wrongful dismissal, labour mediation, contested transfer as well as grievances about salary differences and mobbing. In collaboration with our team of lawyers who are specialized in insurance law and civil liability law, we also advise clients on civil cases regarding accidents at work and occupational illnesses.
