One of Franco Baudino e Associati’s principal
goals is to advise clients with reference to Italian law in a way
which is accessible to its foreign clients as well as to aid its
Italian clients in an increasingly international context, so to simplify
the client’s understanding of the vast differences among judicial
systems and allow him to understand and agree upon the effective
choices that are presented to him.
Thanks to our membership of IUROPE
E.E.I.G. and our international network of preferential partners the
E.E.I.G we are also able to assist Italian clients in EU and international
settings. Where necessary we are able to direct our clients to suitable
professionals who advise both in and out-of-court matters under different
jurisdictions in an efficient and cost effective way, with reference
to single situations or controversies.

regularly, have gained a wide experience in dealing with complicated
international projects and transactions, in important areas such
as mergers and acquisitions, project financing, and public tenders.

For in-court proceedings we are able to represent and defend foreign
clients in all kinds of civil cases before any Italian court as well
as court order proceedings and enforcement of foreign verdicts, due
to our specific experience in interpreting and applying international
conventions as well as finding a solution for law and jurisdiction
