In pre-contentious situations, our advice is aimed at allowing our

We provide in–court assistance and representation to foreign
clients for lawsuits brought before an Italian judge and these often
involve interpreting international laws and conventions as well as
solving disputes over the competent court, jurisdiction, and applicable

often assuming the role of arbitrators.
